The Jello Shots = Jello Bar + Free Shots = a helluva good time! Hey gang! A HUGE Thanks to all of you who came out to the Jello Bar this monday, we're looking forward to having even more fun the next 3 shows even though it was already a blast. Great response and great feel in the jello bar, you guys were great and we played pretty well too :P!!! I pulled out a little sing sing sing action for all the dancers in the 2nd set at the end of Mr. PC it was a surprise for the whole band but they just went with it like the good boys that they are and we got to see some pretty cool moves.
If you haven't already been there you should make a point to come on down to this place, its fun therese a nice atmosphere and the drinks are KILLER! (special thanks to whomever sent up shots to the stage I enjoyed trying to play drums with one hand and holding a shot glass with the other).
I would also like to point out that if you have a special event (B-day, going away) anything come on down to the shows and let us know because we'll make a big deal out of it ;). Well MArk will.. (there's a reason i don't get a mic).
Look forward to seeing you EVERY MONDAY!!!!

Hey there! Last monday was a good night at the Jello Bar with the Jello band. Like always the drinks there were nice and tasty and the ambiance cousy and relax... the only negativ thing though was with the band... the music played and the singer's voice are ok but not really more and the singer seems like he learned all is moves and short discussions, it shows even more when he goes dancing... let's say it does'nt look natural so it looks superficial and gets a little boring to see. But apart from this, the night was nice at Jello, like always!

Hot hot hot! Man was it hot. Not necessarely inside, but everywhere.. we were dying tonight at the Jello Bar (and everywhere else) good thing there was AC in the place. Thanks to everyone who showed up despite the completely debilitating temperature. I know myself i could have spent the night in bed with a cold compress on my head and i was definitely not feeling too good. Too many gigs lately ;). Marc said he was out of it too. We pulled it off regardless of some technical mishaps in which some kind of wireless web cafe cause a surge in the local power supply and there a whole bunch of equipment (including the DJ booth and wireless mic receiver) went nutso! I had a fun extended sing sing sing jam with the Swing 88 gang on the dance floor while people ran around fixing things.
Thanks again for coming out.. it was lots of fun and we hope to see you there next week!! Same bat time same bat channel.
Glad to see you guys had fun yesterday despite the heat and the interruption of power.
To "Anonymous": Mark Hauser was one of the very first swing dancers in Montreal... I started swing about 5½ years ago and he was already dancing back then...at the Jello Bar!
I'm so sorry I had to leave before the show started! I wish the plane left Montreal at 2am instead of 9pm!!!
Juste un mot pour souligner votre talent "excellent" . Vous êtes tout simplement excellents ! Bonne chance à tout le groupe... et soyez assuré que l'on attendra parler de vous en Nouvelle Calédonie ! Hélène XX
